How to Stop Pottery Barn Catalogs

To stop Pottery Barn catalogs, open its Catalog Mailing Options page and choose full removal, not a lower mailing frequency. Keep the label nearby so you can enter the same name and address.

Change your Pottery Barn catalog mailings

  1. Keep a recent catalog. You will need the recipient details printed on its mailing label.
  2. Open Pottery Barn's official Catalog Mailing Options page. Select “Unsubscribe from all catalog mailings.” The monthly and seasonal choices reduce the frequency but do not stop catalogs.
  3. Match the label exactly. Include apartment, unit, company, and name details as printed. Small differences can point to separate mailing records.
  4. Submit the change and keep the confirmation. Record the date. Catalogs prepared before the preference change may still arrive afterward.

If the form is missing or will not submit

Use the catalog support number below if the page loads without the mailing choices, rejects your details, or gives no clear confirmation. Do not assume the request went through just because you reached the page.

When you call, say: “I want to stop Pottery Barn paper catalogs at the name and address on this label. Please remove that mailing record entirely.” Keep the date and any reference number the agent provides.

Use the address form for a move or typo

If the catalog has an old or incorrect address, use Pottery Barn's Catalog Address Change form. Pottery Barn says this changes catalog mailing information, not the address stored in your online account.

For duplicate catalogs, compare both labels before making a request. A middle initial, alternate spelling, or unit-format difference can reveal why two copies are being mailed.

Choose the change that matches the problem

Use mailing options to stop catalogs. Use address change only if you still want them delivered somewhere else. For duplicates, decide whether you want one copy or none before contacting support, and have both labels ready.

If catalogs arrive under two household members' names, ask which records were changed. A confirmation for one label does not tell you whether the other was removed.

Call when the online option does not match the label

Pottery Barn lists customer service at 1-888-779-5176. Its address-change page lists 1-866-395-8597 for catalog address changes and duplicate-catalog issues. Have the catalog with you when you call.

Catalog preferences are separate from email

Changing postal catalog preferences does not unsubscribe an email address, and an email unsubscribe does not stop paper catalogs. Use the control for the channel you want to change.

If other catalogs keep arriving

Do not assume this request also stops mail from Pottery Barn Kids, Pottery Barn Teen, or another retailer. Check the brand and recipient on each label and use that sender's own mailing-preference route.

For a sender with no obvious form, our catalog-removal request template shows what to send through its official contact channel. Keep later catalogs long enough to compare the labels with your original request.

Have a different catalog to stop?

Use Pottery Barn's direct options above for its catalogs. For other unwanted mail, a clear photo helps us identify the sender and prepare a removal request. Your first request is free.
