One-time service pack
$9.99 USD, paid once
- 20 mail-removal requests
- Sender lookup and request preparation
- No renewal. Use credits as mail arrives.
Prefer ongoing service? 20 requests for $7.99/month. Renews until canceled.
What am I paying for?
Sender lookup and removal-request work for the paper mail you photograph. One credit covers one mail piece. You can try one request free before buying. The $9.99 pack includes 20 requests and does not renew.
Will every piece of junk mail stop?
No. We request removal from the identified sender, but the sender controls whether and when it acts. Mail already printed or in transit can keep arriving for several mailing cycles. A submitted request is not confirmation that a mailing list has been updated.
Which mail should I photograph?
Start with unwanted catalogs, promotional offers, and fundraising mail addressed to you or someone you are authorized to help. Include the sender and your mailing label. Do not submit bills, legal notices, government notices, or other important documents. Unaddressed neighborhood flyers may not have an individual mailing list to opt out of.
Can I opt out myself for free?
Yes. You can contact senders directly, and Catalog Choice offers a free sender opt-out service. Junk Mail Magic is for people who would rather photograph the mail and have help preparing and submitting the requests. You are paying for convenience, not an exclusive right to opt out.
What happens to my information?
The sender and recipient details on your mail help us prepare your request. Our processing providers handle the photo, and the relevant sender receives the information needed for removal. We do not sell your personal information. Our Privacy Policy explains the processing and account-deletion options.
Do I have to subscribe?
No. The one-time pack is $9.99 for 20 requests, with no automatic renewal. Credits do not expire while your account remains active. Optional monthly service is $7.99 for 20 requests each billing period. Monthly credits reset without rollover; cancel future renewals from Account.
