How to Stop Lands’ End Catalogs
Lands’ End accepts catalog-removal requests by phone or email. Its privacy policy also lets you ask the company to withhold your name from third-party marketing lists.
Contact Lands’ End to stop catalogs
- Keep a recent mailing label. Copy the recipient name and address exactly as printed.
- Call 1-800-963-4816 or email websiteinquiry@landsend.com. Say that you want to stop printed catalogs.
- Include enough information to find the record. Give the full name and postal address from the label. Include a customer number if the catalog shows one.
- Keep the request date. Lands’ End says processing can take two to four weeks.
These instructions appear under Your Privacy Choices in the company's current privacy policy.
Ask to stop third-party marketing too
Lands’ End presents catalog removal and third-party marketing as separate choices. If you do not want your name made available to other marketers, include that request in the same call or email.
A concise request can say: “Please stop Lands’ End catalogs to the name and address below, and withhold this name from third-party marketing lists.” Then paste the label exactly.
Use postal mail if you want a written request
The current privacy policy lists this postal address under Contact Us:
Lands’ End, Inc.5 Lands’ End Lane
Dodgeville, WI 53595
Include the complete catalog label, state that the request concerns printed catalogs, and separately ask to be withheld from third-party marketing lists if that is your preference. Keep a copy and the date sent.
Do not confuse postal mail with email
An unsubscribe link in a promotional email changes email preferences. It does not necessarily remove the postal address used for catalogs. State that your request concerns paper catalogs and postal marketing.
Lands’ End publishes separate email preference instructions for newsletters. Use those controls for email and the phone, email address, or postal address above for catalogs.
Match every catalog record at the address
A shopping account and a catalog mailing record may not use identical details. Ask Lands’ End to search the exact name and address printed on the catalog, even if they differ from the information in your online account.
If catalogs arrive for two people, an old resident, or more than one spelling of the same name, list each label separately. One request may not find a second record. Keep the request limited to promotional catalogs so order confirmations, returns, and other mail connected to an active purchase are not confused with marketing.
Handle catalogs for someone else
For a previous resident, do not sign in to that person's account or claim to be them. Follow the previous-resident mail process and tell Lands’ End that the printed delivery record is outdated.
For someone who died, use the deceased-person mail process and state the situation respectfully. Do not send a death certificate, account document, or identity record through an ordinary catalog-removal email.
Use broader catalog services as a supplement
Catalog Choice can help manage catalogs from participating merchants, and the Federal Trade Commission lists broader junk-mail choices. A direct Lands’ End request is still the clearest first step because it uses the exact label and the company's own published process.
If another catalog arrives
Wait through the stated two-to-four-week processing period, then compare the new label with the one you submitted. A second spelling, household member, old address, or customer record can require another request.
For catalogs from other retailers, follow the general catalog opt-out guide and contact each sender separately.
Where Junk Mail Magic fits
Use Lands’ End's published route when the catalog is clear. For a catalog without an obvious preference page, photograph one complete mailing label so Junk Mail Magic can identify the sender and prepare a specific removal request. Keep order confirmations, return documents, and payment information out of the image.
