How to Stop Money Mailer Junk Mail
Money Mailer asks people who want to leave its mailing list to email their current address to its mailing-list contact. Use the complete delivery address from your envelope, including any apartment or unit number.
Keep one recent Money Mailer envelope before you contact the company. Its mailing label shows the delivery record you need to change. A request that omits an apartment number, recipient variation, or ZIP code may not match the record behind the next mailing.
Email the published mailing-list contact
Money Mailer's official contact page has a section called “To Remove Your Address from Our Mailing List.” It directs consumers to email this address with their current mailing address:
ListManagerContact@
- Have the envelope and mailing label in front of you.
- Write that you want the physical Money Mailer coupon envelope stopped.
- Include the full street address, unit number, city, state, and ZIP code. Add the recipient wording from the label if present.
- Send it to the published mailing-list contact and keep the sent message.
- Save any reply or confirmation with the request date.
You can write: “Please remove my address from the Money Mailer postal mailing list. I no longer want to receive the coupon envelope. My full mailing address is [street and unit, city, state, ZIP]. Please confirm when the request has been processed.”
A sent email is a request, not proof that the mailing record has already changed. The contact page does not give a processing window or promise when the final envelope will arrive.
Do not provide a Social Security number, payment card, password, or identity document for a paper-mail preference request.
Use customer service if you need help
Money Mailer publishes 866-983-5665 as its customer-service number in its Privacy Policy. This is a general contact number, not a published automated postal opt-out line. The contact page also lists it for local advertising inquiries.
If the mailing-list email bounces or you need to follow up, explain that you want to stop the physical coupon envelope. Have the exact label and original request date ready, and ask which team can handle the mailing-list change. Do not request an advertising quote or start a franchise inquiry to change your household mail preference.
Send a written request when you need a paper trail
Money Mailer's Privacy Policy lists this mailing address for privacy questions and requests:
Money Mailer Franchise Corp., Attn: Legal101 Workman Ct
Eureka, MO 63025
This is the policy's privacy-contact address, not a separately published postal-removal form. Use the dedicated mailing-list email first. If you write instead, state that you want Money Mailer promotional postal mail stopped, include the name and full delivery address from the envelope, and keep a copy of the letter.
An email-marketing unsubscribe is a different request
Money Mailer's policy explains that its email marketing can be stopped with an unsubscribe link or account setting. That language concerns electronic communication. It does not say that clicking an email link removes a postal address from the paper-envelope program.
The company's consumer FAQ covers coupons on its website, in its envelope, and in its mobile app. To stop the physical envelope, use the mailing-list contact above rather than an unsubscribe link in a promotional email.
If the envelope keeps arriving
Keep the first envelope that arrives after your request and compare its label with the record you gave Money Mailer. A different recipient name, missing apartment number, alternate street format, or “Current Resident” line may identify a separate delivery record.
Follow up with the original request date and the exact label from the newer piece. Ask whether the address was removed from every applicable Money Mailer mailing record. Do not treat coupons from Valpak, Save.com, or a local advertiser as proof that the Money Mailer request failed. Those are separate senders.
Where Junk Mail Magic fits
A clear photo can preserve the Money Mailer name, delivery address, and identifying text while Junk Mail Magic prepares a focused postal-removal request. Photograph one mailer at a time, with the sender and full label readable.
If the envelope is addressed only to “Current Resident,” read our Current Resident mail guide before assuming there is a personal name record to remove.
Have the mailer in front of you?
Photograph one piece of unwanted mail. We identify the sender and prepare the removal request. Your first request is free.
