Our team will reply with two 15-minute options and the resident flyer.

No commitment. We use these details only to respond about the building review.

A practical working session

Start with what is actually piling up.

The review is for a property manager, board member, superintendent, or operations lead who can describe one building's mailroom. A rough unit count and a few examples of the recurring mail are enough. Resident names, mailing labels, account numbers, and private correspondence are not needed.

Identify the source

Separate mail for former residents, route mail sent to every address, and repeat catalogs or offers from identifiable senders. Each category needs a different response.

Choose the smallest useful rollout

Decide whether a resident flyer is enough or whether the building needs a tracked 30-day pilot. The review does not require checkout.

Leave with a next step

We send the resident flyer and a written recommendation. If a pilot is not a practical fit, we say so.

No new mailroom duty.

Building staff do not open resident mail, photograph private labels, manage resident accounts, or chase individual senders. Residents choose their own mail and submit their own requests.

Before the review

It helps to know where unwanted mail accumulates, whether former-resident mail is common, and how the building normally communicates with residents. Do not collect personal mail for the meeting.

Read the Current Resident guide and the previous-resident guide to distinguish two common mail problems. The free building pilot is a small resident test, not a cleanup service.
